January 2016 - New AOI

We have put the new AOI system OptiCon AdvancedLine from Göpel into operation. With this system we can now carry out extremely precise 3D inspections for all assemblies.

July 2015 - New X-ray facility

A Phoenix "pcba|analyzer" X-ray system now supports us in the inspection of concealed solder joints, such as BGAs and QFNs.

Mr. Hein and Mr. Warnecke were successfully trained and appointed as radiation protection officers for the system.
